Data Sources & Acknowledgements

dextool uses public XRP Ledger, Xahau and selected third-party providers to display wallet, token, trading and market information. These services help make the platform useful, but each provider remains responsible for its own service, terms and availability.

Active Data Sources

Public XRP Ledger and Xahau infrastructure is used for ledger data such as balances, trustlines, offers, account activity, NFT details and transaction validation.

Xaman is used for wallet sign-in, xApp context and transaction signing flows.

XRPSCAN is used for XRP Ledger token, issuer and account metadata when available.

XRPLData / InFTF is used for XRP Ledger market data such as candles, exchanges and trading activity. When Xahau is selected, compatible market data is requested from Xahau data infrastructure.

Price Sources & Methodology

Displayed fiat values are estimates based on curated XRP Ledger price-oracle feeds. They are provided for information only and are not a quote, an offer, or a guaranteed execution price.

At least 1 valid source is required. Each provider has the freshness limit listed below.

How values are calculated

Prices come directly from public XRP Ledger nodes. Each source is checked against its freshness limit in a validated ledger, then the median of the valid prices is used. With two sources, this is their average. If no valid source is available, balances remain in XRP. XRPScan is used for discovery and verification only.

Price limitations

Oracle data and market conditions can change or become unavailable. Fiat estimates may differ from prices available through exchanges, order books, AMMs, payment providers or completed transactions. Always verify important information independently before acting.

Supporting Resources

Some visual assets and token icon references may be informed by ecosystem resources that are not direct data providers for dextool. We thank xrplmeta.org for helping make XRP Ledger token imagery and metadata easier to discover across the ecosystem.

Data Availability

External data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable or affected by rate limits. dextool may use caching, retries, fallbacks and request limits to improve reliability and reduce unnecessary provider load.
